Retailer Big by Fiona required an online store that reflected their brand and featured a sophisticated information architecture framework. The website also needed to work in conjunction with their existing systems, and provide real-time updates of stock availability and colour options.

We knew that relying on ugly off-the-shelf ecommerce software wouldn't cut it for this project, so we decided to develop an interactive flash solution with clever, welcoming illustrations that breathed life into the brand.

In conjunction with Cylinder Design, Moso developed a flash interface that captured the fun and playful personality of the Big by Fiona brand. The website has been built with flexibility in mind to allow for seasonal campaigns and promotions, and is updated daily with stock availability and colour options.

Site traffic has seen steady growth since the launch. Not only is the site providing another stream of revenue, it has also increased brand engagement because customers are using it as a research tool before buying products in-store.
