Simonds Fusion

Award-winning builders, Simonds Homes required an online application that allowed home buyers to select a home, and customise the design and layout with floor plans, block dimensions and upgrades.

The objective was to help people through the largest buying decision many will make in their lifetime.

We developed an application called Simonds Fusion which guides users through a set of steps using a wizard that’s simple, intuitive and easy to use.

After following the steps and completing the process, users can view their selected home from any angle via a 3D rendering. They can also save the image to show their partner, family and friends later. Blending imagery, 3D renderings and CG visualisations, Simonds Fusion allows the buyer to see what their new home will look like.

Simonds Fusion is an innovative product that has set the company apart from their competitors. No other builder has a feature like this on their website.

The website helped Simonds become an industry leader and the company went on to win the HIA Best Industry Marketing award.
