With the introduction of the NDIS, the primary health services market has grown increasingly competitive. In 2017, Inner South Community Health looked to re-brand and give themselves a market advantage.

Renaming themselves to Star Health, they looked for a design refresh and an improved user experience for their customers. It was imperative their new website also communicated Star Healths broad range of services, including GP Services, Dental Services, Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Counselling and Diabetes Education.


It’s the little things that make the difference – a bespoke icon set was developed to help breath more life and colour into an otherwise clinical subject matter.

Star Health re-branded in May 2017 and took the opportunity to create a fresh, new website in conjunction with this. Star Health provides a wide range of health services (GP, Dental, Allied Health, Counselling and more!) and we have expanded our services to ensure we are accessible to the entire community. Presenting this wide range of services at Star Health in a concise and meaningful way is no mean feat, but Scott and the team at Moso were able to make the experience simple and streamlined. Scott spent time with various stakeholders throughout the organisation and heard many different points of view. The resulting website is something that reflects the collective viewpoints and is a great representation of the organisation. We continue to work with Moso to maintain the site and the team are always accessible to help with ideas to improve the design and layout. They always have the end user experience in mind!
